Siwa’s heat exchangers in their terminal units are manufactured to achieve a significant heat transfer at the lowest supply temperature while utiliziing the smallest footprint possible. With higher convective area of fins & multi-pass coils, Siwa’s efficiency is perfect for low water temperature applications.
99% of our products utilize EC motors while Siwa’s perimeter heater use 24VDC fans, which are very low energy consumption.

The climate of the Siwa Oasis is the foundation of our climate vision. The lakes, hills and valleys of the Siwa Oasis have a naturally regulated comfortable climate all year round. At any time of the year, the residence can experience heating + cooling at the bottom of the valleys or top of the hill at a temperature ideal for the human body. Operating exactly to perfectly controlled 4-pipe fan coil or a heat pump.

The lakes of Siwa are some of the most undisturbed cleanest water in the world. Given the water scarcity crisis affecting the world, it is important to conserve water usage. That is why Siwa’s collection of heating + cooling products offered use less water than conventionally used units.
