Batavia Place - Condo

Using Polar air‘s low profile, ducted 2-pipe fan coils, Polar’s PDWAs were chosen to supply this condo building.
Loyalist College Culinary Centre
Ottawa
This project required quiet 24VDC trench heaters in the lobby in order to achieve full floor to ceiling windows with no obstructions while using low water temperatures. ISAN’s trench heaters were used with stainless steel grilles.
Dough Box Restaurant
Toronto
Using Polar Air‘s high static, high capacity ducted 4-pipe fan coils, Polar’s PDWB’s were used to cool this restaurant as they baked fresh pizza in a wood fired oven.
St Andrew's Church
Montreal
Using various solutions from Polar’s fan coil portfolio, the church was renovated to use condensing boilers at low water temperatures with an AWT of 110F.
This was designed using a variety of our ducted fan coils, slim cassette units and slim console fan coils.
Tasiujaq & Umiujaq Community Centre
Northern QC
Using ISAN’s wall panel radiators, we were able to supply over 700,000 BTU/hr of heat in a climate where the average outside temperatures during winter is -30 degree’s celsius.
